In an abandoned theater, young actress Hannah and director Paul rehearse a play about an angel who longs to become human. Outside, a storm rages, the city teeters on the edge of chaos, and disaster looms. As fear and desperation take hold, Hannah turns to a higher power, pleading for a sign that she’s not alone—that everything will be okay. Paul, clinging to pragmatism and control, tries to impose order on the crumbling reality around them, but slowly begins to lose his grip—and his faith in the worth of his own play.
